Cooking for Robbie’s Birthday

March 26th was Robbie’s Birthday. Saturday I invited our friends and local neighbors to join us. I personally love cooking for large groups and got up early prepped and marinated up a storm. Later the meat went on the BBQ and everyone got fed.

Serving:

Three Salads
– Caesar with homemade croutons
– Spinach with garlic and carrot
– Melody of everything, spinach, red cabbage, carrots, olives, capers, artichokes, sweet onions, red and yellow peppers

Salmon with capers, sun dried tomatoes and Mediterranean spice.

Chicken Turmeric Tandoori in marinated in White Wine and Basil

Fresh Herb Roasted Potatoes

Plus various simple appetizers.
